Mr. Rahul Gala led a pilot project of developing ISL-English book for deaf children to increase English literacy and reading habits among deaf children. The contents in English are supplimented with ISL videos that can be accessed via QR codes printed on the pages of the book. The experiment of English-ISL book on deaf children of Orjet Foundation was highly successful. It is decided that Orjet Foundation will bring out more such books on different topics / themes monthly / quarterly for deaf children during the academic year 2024-2025.
