Shri. Roshan Jain
Shri. Roshan Jain, a successful Deaf entrepreneur and owner of Orjet intermediaries Private Limited, has been in business since he was 18. He has also been promoting Deaf sports through Sports Associations of the Deaf for many years. His aim is to bring out the best abilities among Deaf players from all possible sport fields.
Shri. Sarvesh Jain
After completing a degree in Business Management from Gallaudet University, Washington DC, USA, Sarvesh joined family business in India (Gujarat) and presently looks after financial aspects of their business. He founded the NGO, Orjet Foundation, together with his father Roshan and a younger brother Aman, in order to serve the marginalised Indian Deaf community and provide necessary support to increase educational, employment and sports opportunities for Indian Deaf people.
Shri. Aman Jain
Aman Jain, a CODA (Child Of Deaf Adult), has a unique experience growing up in two different worlds – hearing and Deaf. He empathically understands problems faced by Deaf people in general and can communicate with them in sign language. He joined his father Roshan and brother Sarvesh in family business and is looking after the marketing aspects of their business.
