Shri. Roshan Jain - Managing Trustee

Shri. Roshan Jain, a successful Deaf entrepreneur and owner of Orjet intermediaries Private Limited, has been in business since he was 18. He has also been promoting Deaf sports through Sports Associations of the Deaf for many years. His aim is to bring out the best abilities among Deaf players from all possible sport fields.

Mr. Sarvesh Jain - Founder and Trustee

After completing a degree in Business Management from Gallaudet University, Washington DC, USA, Sarvesh joined family business in India (Gujarat) and presently looks after financial aspects of their business. He founded the NGO, Orjet Foundation, together with his father Roshan and a younger brother Aman, in order to serve the marginalised Indian Deaf community and provide necessary support to increase educational, employment and sports opportunities for Indian Deaf people.

Mr. Aman Jain – Trustee

Aman Jain, a CODA (Child Of Deaf Adult), has a unique experience growing up in two different worlds – hearing and Deaf. He empathically understands problems faced by Deaf people in general and can communicate with them in sign language. He joined his father Roshan and brother Sarvesh in family business and is looking after the marketing aspects of their business.

Manan Shah – Managing Director

Shri. Manan Shah, Managing Director Manan Shah has been an active leader in the Indian Deaf Community for the last 12 years. He has gained leadership experience through training from Frontrunners in Denmark and also attended international camps for Deaf youths. He is in charge of managing all projects under Orjet Foundation. He is also popular for his personal initiative on Instagram to promote Indian Sign Language for all age groups through Inspiring Educative Creative Games for the Deaf (IECGD).

Rajesh Ketkar - Director ( Education )

He has taught basic English to Deaf youths for 16+ years. He runs ISL news on YouTube's ‘MBM Vadodara.’ A 2019 NCPEDP-Mphasis awardee, he develops materials and teaches Deaf children and adults online.

Sunil Sahasrabudhe - MA (Research), M.Ed. (Deaf Education) Consultant

Founder of SIGNEX, he is a Deaf teacher, trainer, leader, and researcher with a Master's in Deaf Education and Research (MA - Research, M.Ed - Deaf Education). A role model for the Indian Deaf Community, he provides consultancy for the development of projects and activities at Orjet Foundation.

Rahul Gala - Head of IT & Resources Development

A dedicated Deaf professional, he is a skilled educator, trainer, and leader with expertise in education and finances. A passionate advocate for accessibility, he contributes to Orjet Foundation by creating various educational materials and empowering the Indian Deaf Community.
